As a Specialist within our Talent Acquisition team based in Perth, your focus will be on the sourcing and selection of talented people across a broad range of our business areas. This may include both corporate and operational areas. The role will be business-facing and will see you conducting job briefs with our hiring managers, creating advertisements, facilitating Assessment Centres, sourcing and screening candidates using a variety of tools, providing relevant shortlists and managing the offer process. Ensuring the candidate and hiring manager experience is always positive and reinforces our employment brand will be a key focus.

You’ll have –

  • Experience working in an internal Talent Acquisition function or within a recruitment agency is essential

  • Recruitment experience with a variety of roles and portfolios including high volume campaign roles

  • A demonstrated record in providing exceptional customer experience to hiring managers and candidates

  • Proven ability to work within in a complex business environment with many inter-dependencies and varying stakeholder expectations and needs

  • A natural ability to build rapport, consulting and influencing as required

  • Strong problem-solving capability with an ability to explore innovative solutions

  • A positive, motivated, collaborative and flexible approach

  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and skills development
