POSITION SUMMARY:

1 x Ongoing / 1 x to 31st May 2024 

The Manager Project Planning will lead a team responsible for the development of master planning and project scoping for new and redeveloped social and affordable housing estates and neighbourhoods, and for leading the incorporation of social and affordable housing agendas into precinct and other local spatial land use planning initiatives. As well as managing the performance of the team, the role will lead sensitive stakeholder engagement, and provide expert advice to executive leadership.

Significant strategic planning, urban design, architecture or property development experience is required, with a strong leadership and stakeholder management background. A strong urban design understanding is essential to ensure a design led planning approach to new social and affordable housing projects.

Reporting to the Director Planning and Pipeline Development, this tole will be a key part of the leadership team.
