WHAT WE NEED

Due to our continued growth, Life Ready Physio + Pilates Point Cook requires a passionate and team-minded physiotherapist who aims to earn >$100K p/a to join our family.You'll join our friendly team of receptionists, physiotherapists and remedial massage therapist in our stylish clinic within the Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre.Our physiotherapists are people who dare to do things better, who take the initiative to learn and know how to genuinely care for people. We are looking for people with a go-getting attitude, a drive to hit the ground running and someone who wants to be a part of a collaborative and supportive team.The ideal candidate will be an experienced physiotherapist or a passionate graduate with a strong desire to succeed in the industry. We're looking for people who are exceptionally driven, motivated, proactive and personable. WHAT YOU NEED

• An Australian physiotherapy degree
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• AHPRA registration
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Satisfactory criminal record and Working With Children check
• A passion for helping a diverse range of clients
• An in-depth understanding of MSK conditions 
• An openness to being part of a close-knit team, and help to add to the positive work culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Initiative and resourcefulness

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute and execute new ideas to the clinic
• Grow and manage a mixed MSK caseload of private patients, TAC, EPC and workers' compensation cases 
• Have a knowledge and an interest in providing a high quality service to clients and referrers 
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Receive and give regular feedback
• Communicate and report effectively to GPs, referrers and other clinical staff
• Running Clinical Pilates classes in addition to a regular musculoskeletal caseload (training in this field is available)
