As our People and Culture Advisor, you will partner with the leadership team to provide strategic and operational HR and Industrial Relations support in a dynamic organisation that strives for excellence.

What You’ll Do
With a broad range of HR responsibilities, you’ll be confident in providing advice on employee relations matters, conducting investigations, leading our annual remuneration and performance review process, overseeing our employee engagement program, and managing the workers compensation and injury management system.
Reporting to the Executive Manager of People and Culture, you’ll also play a crucial role in implementing our strategic People and Culture Strategy, helping our organisation to continue to attract and retain amazing staff.
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Human Resources professional with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources. You’ll need:
- excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- strong knowledge of industrial relations landscape and be familiar working with industrial instruments such as the SCHADS Award
- robust experience conducting investigations and assisting with performance management/disciplinary matters
- demonstrated experience facilitating annual remuneration reviews
- experience leading employee engagement initiatives
- strong workers compensation and injury management knowledge and experience
- ability to analyse and present data in various formats
- ability to create/review procedures and provide recommendations
- demonstrated understanding of current best practice
- ‘manage upwards’ to deliver on our People and Culture strategy
- build strong relationships inside and outside our organisation
- be proactive and able to work autonomously at times
- prioritise and project management work
