About The Role

Role Location- 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type- Permanent, Full-Time Opportunity (40 hours/week)

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of our amazing Executives within the organisation, Head of Group Payments (Tribe Lead). You will also work closely with the Tribe Lead’s Leadership team.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following-

Skills-
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Experience in diary management
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative
  • Proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues
  • Excellent time management skills which includes being able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
  • Proven ability to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
  • Ability to work with people of all different levels
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative. Be proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues
  • Extensive experience in admin in a fast paced environment

Tasks-
  • Executive support
  • Diary management, ensuring key governance meetings are set up
  • Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
  • Tracking and Management of invoices incurred by the area, managing costs and monitoring expenses
  • Travel bookings and arrangements including accommodation and applying for Visa when required
  • Co-ordinate with the Tribe Performance Leads and assist with Tribe planning days as required
  • Collaborate and connect with internal and external stakeholders
  • General problem solving and take a proactive approach to remove roadblocks for your area
  • Organise catering when required
  • Property and technology needs
