We are currently recruiting for a Experience Administration officer located in Moranbah.

Your new company
This local government organisation has an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join their close-knit team based in Moranbah. They are seeking a new team member who is enthusiastic, motivated and seeking an opportunity where they can grow and develop.

Your new role
As the Administration Officer, you will be reporting to the Manager of Corporate Services. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operations and administration.
Your duties will include;

  • Being the first point of contact for customers
  • Answering customer enquiries
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets/databases
  • Raining purchase orders
  • Booking accommodation and appointments
  • General Ad-hoc duties
  • Manage the boardroom and meeting room calendars

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a positive and outgoing personality with the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
You will have the ability to:

  • Pre- administration experience
  • Works well in high pressure environments
  • Ability to priorities workloads
  • Impeccable communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Systems experience
