Your new company

Your new company is a leading, national consumer organisation that strive on being futuristic and proactive in their business processes and partnerships. Based in the heart of west Sydney this role will allow you to maintain your Payroll Specialist and Business Analysis skills as you assist the project and finance teams with your payroll knowledge of the integration. Being precise and having high knowledge of payroll procedures, compliance, and previous experience in payroll transformations is key in succeeding at this role.

Your new role

  • Analysis of pay runs
  • Redundancy, termination, leave calculations
  • Reconciliations
  • Global payroll processes
  • Supporting the payroll manager in leading their large BAU team

What you'll need to succeed

  • To be successful in the role you will have:
  • Expert in payroll legislation and EBA award processes
  • Proficient in excel and all leave calculations
  • Strong analytical skills from a payroll background
  • Knowledge in major ERP software such as SAP or ADP
  • Knowledge of Time and Attendance software
  • Leadership experience is advantageous
