Receptionist job. Lower North Shore. Annual salary $55-65k+super depending on experience.


Your new company
An established Engineering Consultancy firm holding a strong presence in the market. Experiencing growth they are seeking an experienced receptionist/Administrator.

Your new role
Reporting into the Director and Team Assistant your duties will involve:

  • Reception duties, meeting and greeting, answering all coming calls
  • Stationary and stock control
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Database and document management
  • Typing documents and minutes at meetings
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar role, demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft suite, have the ability to multi task and communicate at all levels. You will also be adaptable to ever changing business needs.
