We are now looking for a General Manager, Guest Experience who will have overall responsibility for our guest technology platform.

You will be responsible for:

• P&L responsibility for the Luxury Escapes Guest Experience division
• Lead, own and manage the in-trip experience technology platform ensuring it's financial success
• Day to day management of the Guest Experiences team
• Preparation and delivery of board reports including budgeting and forecasting
• Investigating solutions solutions both internally and in the form of business acquisition
• Hire, manage and develop a team of senior app product specialists

What we are looking for:

• An established and successful Director of a hospitality/tourism technology company
• A gifted leader who has built technology teams both in country and remotely
• Significant P&L/financial management and reporting experience
• A champion for Luxury Escapes: representing the business externally at conferences and industry forums
• A commercially astute executive who is able to engage with senior internal stakeholders to drive outcomes
