  About the role

  You will be supporting three Medical Specialists, and the Practice Manager. Your role will entail:

• Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
• Providing direction and feedback to team members 
• Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services
• Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction and modify and improve services provided
• Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations

• Fluency in spoken and written French is highly desirable as we have an international client base

• Proven 3 years work experience in a similar role or formal qualifications equivalent to ANZSCO level 2 required

• Experience using MAC and Genie software essential

• Excellent computer skills and literacy essential

• You should be proactive, with the ability to multi-task in this varied role
• Pleasant demeanour and pride in appearance is essential
• 5 days per week: Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
