JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a vibrant, friendly face to manage our client services and maintain client relations.

About the role
You will be supporting three Medical Specialists, and the Practice Manager. Your role will entail:
- Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
- Providing direction and feedback to team members
- Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services
- Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction and modify and improve services provided
- Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations

Fluency in spoken and written French is highly desirable as we have an international client base

Proven 3 years work experience in a similar role or formal qualifications equivalent to ANZSCO level 2 required

Experience using MAC and Genie software essential

Excellent computer skills and literacy essential
- You should be proactive, with the ability to multi-task in this varied role
- Pleasant demeanour and pride in appearance is essential
- 5 days per week: Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
