We now have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our Restaurant Kitchen brigade of industry professionals, led by Francesco Mannelli.

The successful applicants will possess:

• Previous kitchen experience at the same level preferably within a large hotel or large kitchen operation
• Passion for creating superb food
• Knowledge of current kitchen trends
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• The ability to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

Annual Award Base Salary is $62,244
