Four Seasons is a brand name held in awe throughout the world and is associated with glamour, style and impeccable service. Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is located on the picturesque Sydney Harbour and boasts 531 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites.
We now have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our Restaurant Kitchen brigade of industry professionals, led by Francesco Mannelli.
The successful applicants will possess:
- Previous kitchen experience at the same level preferably within a large hotel or large kitchen operation
- Passion for creating superb food
- Knowledge of current kitchen trends
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- The ability to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

Annual Award Base Salary is $62,244
