Administration Officer
JRZ Homes is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our multi award-winning family owned business based in Bundaberg, Queensland. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an administration officer to join our team on a full-time basis as we continue to grow.
Your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- Welcoming all visitors and clients to the office
- General reception duties
- Various ad hoc administration tasks
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Data entry
- Incoming calls management
- General office supply management
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable
- Experience in MYOB (or similar)
- Proficient use of Microsoft office suite (Excel an advantage)
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work within strict deadlines
- Eye for detail
- High level of grammar and punctuation
- Ability to pick up tasks quickly and work unsupervised
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting favourable but not necessary
