7-Eleven Wadalba is seeking a qualified Retail Manager to join our team in a very busy and friendly working environment.

To be considered for this role, the candidate must be able to work well independently as well as a member of a team in fast paced environment. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivery exceptional customer service.
• Managing the daily operations of the supermarket.
• Maintaining exceptional store standards.
• Training, motivating and development of staff.
• Rostering of staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent people, motivational and organisational skills.
• Innovative presentation and merchandising skills.
• A can-do attitude and positive demeanour.
• Strong work ethic and dedicated to seeking continuous improvement.
• Sound understanding of how to maximise financial return, deliver high operational standards and exposure to making sure your store meets sales, margin and wage budgets.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Relevant Qualification
• At least 3 years previous experiences in similar roles
• Fast learner to understand and apply new knowledge and techniques

Must have:

• Good work ethic and technical skills
• Complying to OHS Standards
• Good communicator
• Strong eye for detail

Salary: AUD 55000-65000 plus super
