Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
As a Journey Expert/Technical Business Analyst, you'll have an understanding of how a variety of systems and technology stacks are delivered. This role will see you:

* Collaborating and coordinating with technical architects, platform teams and systems integrators
* Liaising with stakeholders including product owners, change managers, release leads, analysts, testers and other journey experts to understand their challenges whilst keeping the project on track and aligned to the system requirements.
* Working with the client teams to coach them in agile ways of working
* Performing tasks of Scrum Master; facilitation of program increments, sprint planning and retrospectives with business and technical teams
* Acting as SME and point of contact for delivery teams both with client and other SIs

Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:

* 2-5 years' experience in project management with end to end delivery responsibility.
* Familiarity with Atlassian Suite - Confluence, Jira (must have)
* Hands on and well versed with all lifecycle management of a namespace/project.
* Experience with any programming language
* Familiarity with PaaS applications and SaaS for cloud-based systems
* Familiarity with one or more of development architectures/principles
* Experience in agile practices.
* Hands-on experience with client and stakeholder management
* Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
