This large scale utility organisation is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Improvement Lead for a 4-month contract, to drive business change and increase Customer Engagement across various business units including Resource and VOC stream

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills/experience:

  • Prior experience working in Customer Experience Lead roles in large scale organisation.
  • Proficient understanding of designing customer-led roadmaps.
  • Understanding of customer research and insights
  • Experience designing implementation plans for customer research, and the ability to translate this into business improvements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

In return, you will be offered an 4-month contract for a competitive daily rate.
