A permanent Recruitment Coordinator position has come up for our rapidly growing client in the FMCG sector. They are located in the inner Western suburbs of Melbourne and are seeking an addition to their close knit HR team.

Your new manager is a passionate and knowledgeable HR professional who enjoys taking the team to the next level, and will give you the freedom to own the recruitment function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with hiring managers to create the best match for their team.
  • Write and post job adverts on different recruitment platforms.
  • Screen CV’s, shortlist candidates, and phone screening.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create the best match for their team.
  • Coordinate the interview process with the hiring managers and candidates.
  • Work on continuous process improvements in the function, since it is a newly created role.

Your success within this role will be determined by your ability of having a good understanding of the end to end recruitment process. A great background for this role would be if you have been in a recruitment agency and are ready for your first internal gig. Or you have internal experience and want to broaden your skillset. If you have experience within volume recruitment that would be nice to have. This role is for someone who has a strong passion for learning and growing themselves. You are fast-paced, innovative and organised.

Another option is if you come from a hospitality background and feels like you want to move to a corporate role. You will really understand the type of candidates that this organisation is looking for.
