Join our vibrant, faith-based organisation providing innovative social care services to children, young people, individuals, seniors and families in the Northern Metropolitan Sydney and on the Central Coast.

About the role

The CareLink Business Support Coordinator role focuses on the CareLink+ program across CatholicCare to support new and existing users of CareLink+. This position also liaises internally and externally to provide training, support and administration of the software.

This is a Full-time Parental leave position, until November 2021. Although CareLink experience is preferred, we are open to candidates who have no CareLink experience, but who are committed and efficient in learning the functionality of the system.

Duties

  • Focus on maintaining data integrity of CareLink system
  • Provide customer service by troubleshooting problems accurately, resolve issues promptly
  • Develop and Facilitate coaching and training as required to increase user capability and confidence
  • Undertake aspects of Software Management required, such as upgrades, patches and data exports

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in and IT or Business Analyst position
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs
  • Demonstrated understanding of software solutions and their application in a large organisation
  • Experience in reviewing and fostering continuous improvement in systems and procedures
  • Current NSW drivers’ licence and access to insured vehicle
