Position Profile: Clinical Nurse Specialist - Mental Health Triage. Pilbara Mental Health and Drug Service is seeking to appoint a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Mental Health Triage who will be responsible for responding to all contacts made to Pilbara Mental Health and Drug Service western region, identifying the nature and appropriateness of referrals, setting priorities for management, collating information for presentation at intake meetings and coordinating emergency responses within the region. The successful applicant will liaise with government and non-government service providers to coordinate the provision of mental health services to clients and provide educational support to those agencies while undertaking senior level projects, representing the service and providing consultation at the state level as required. This position also undertakes analysis of clinical interventions and identifies trends within programs and reports appropriately.
