JOB DESCRIPTION

We have 2 x 3 mth fixed term data entry contract opportunities available to join our super engaged, collaborative and supportive HR team.
Following a recent acquisition, we will be transitioning 350 new employees over to the Allianz business and the role will be responsible for data entry of employee details inc name and position details into an ISIM system
Important to your success:

* Prior experience as an Administrator in HR working with HR / employee data
* Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred
* Prior experience in a data entry role
* Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
* Good knowledge of administrative procedures
* Knowledge of Excel & Word
* Good organisational and time management abilities
* Comfortable working in a busy and heavily regulated environment demonstrating the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively.
* You will have high attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. TAFE or Business/Human Resource Management) - Desired
