The role:
Knight Frank Australia have an exciting opportunity for a high performing Director focusing on North Shore investment and development site sales based in our North Sydney office.
You will be identifying sales opportunities and generating activity across your market, leveraging your people management skills to coach and manage a growing sales team.
Key tasks:

* Regular canvassing for new business and clients
* Maintain client relationships by providing up to date market advice to clients
* Negotiate and close the sales of properties
* Prepare and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns and proposals in line with our standards
* Conduct the necessary due diligence
* Manage and mentor the sales teams to ensure they are successful in their roles
* Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships

Who we are looking for?

* A trustworthy, and collaborative individual dedicated to building long term relationships with a fundamental belief that the performance of the team is important
* A proven track record in a sales role or equivalent experience
* Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate of Registration (essential)
* Tertiary qualification in Property, Business or Finance (preferred not essential)
* Track record of successful new business development
* Ability to manage, guide and mentor a team
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Highly self-motivated and results focused
* Strong negotiation skills and business development knowledge
