The Alto Group is a family-owned and operated organisation with over 550 employees, which has been serving the motoring needs of Sydneysiders for over 60 Years.

Due to rapid growth we're currently looking for a driven and experienced Business Manager to join our team at our premier Audi dealership located in Artarmon. 

You will be responsible for: 

* Ensuring high level of customer service 

* Achieving monthly Sales Targets and KPI's

* Working seamlessly with cross-functional departments

* Having the drive to achieve superior results 

We are looking for a candidate who will care for their customers and uphold the values of this business. We are looking for a 'performer', this means you will have skills in closing, building long term relationships, be tech-savvy and open to new ideas and concepts.

To be considered for this position previous experience in a Business Manager role within the Automotive Sector is essential. 

An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate including retainer, commission and car allowance. The successful candidate will also be offered 2 days off per week inclusive of every Sunday. There is also opportunity for career progression within the Alto Group who value growing and developing people from within.
