Salary package: $99,612 - $106,517 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-time, Continuing

The Position

The College Human Resources team has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified senior HR practitioner to join a team that provides high-quality HR support to a broad range of clients across the largest College at the ANU. As a true business partner, you will work with the College HR Manager and senior staff providing leadership to a small HR unit of up to 5 staff, working across a broad and complex HR portfolio, including workforce planning, recruitment, early intervention, case management, change management, and employment relations matters.

You are the type of person who thrives in fast paced, diverse environments with the ability to juggle competing priorities. Your strengths in relationship building with colleagues and clients allows you to negotiate effectively, working with influence to achieve the bigger picture objectives of the University.
