With clients across multiple time zones they offer support round the clock when they need it. They offer flexible helpdesk services for both full service clients and companies requiring a local presence through our network of support engineers.
Your new role
- Provide first point of contact for all incoming support calls and emails
- Response to and resolve tickets with agreed SLAs
- Assist clients with support such as password re-sets, account lockouts, remote access issues, hardware and mobility break fix, configuration issues, IT troubleshooting, software installations, hardware installations and setup etc
- Provide application, network and infrastructure support for clients
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a Systems Administrator
- Experience providing and resolving 2/3 issues
- Demonstrated experience with Windows support and troubleshooting experience
- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
