Project role developing & implementing Talent Management strategy for an established manufacturing company


Your new company
Your new organisation is an established and highly successful medical manufacturing organisation located in the south-east. With offices in both Victoria and NSW, a newly-created position has arisen to review current processes relating to talent and resourcing, develop new strategies and implement the plan across both states.

Your new role
Your new role will see you work in an autonomous project role for around 6 months, reviewing talent and resourcing processes for the organisation and successfully managing the implementation of innovative new practices.

This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Reviewing current practices for attracting and retaining talent and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Succession planning and analysis of resourcing gaps
  • Identifying critical roles within the organisation
  • Implementing development and training plans to support growth
  • Review and update of position descriptions


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have previous experience working on similar projects for large organisations. We are specifically looking for candidates with strengths in strategic development and implementation of company-wide processes relating to talent, resourcing, retention and development. You must be available to work full-time and willing to travel between Victoria and NSW at least initially.
