Job description

We are a start-up e-commerce fashion brand and are looking for an assistant to be responsible for duties that relate to Digital Marketing & Design. You must understand current trends in e-commerce and apparel. This role will require you to work remotely with a flexible working environment and hours. This role is perfect for someone requiring experience with an e-commerce brand experiencing worldwide growth. We want you to help us grow!

Essential duties:

  • Develop creative content and design digital graphics for our social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist in new product designs and concepts, and the development of tech packs for product manufacturing.
  • Develop social media and marketing campaigns to assist and be involved in the creative growth of the company.
  • Measure the performance and results of these campaigns and report them.
  • Other administrative tasks which include assisting with 3PL programs, social media responsibilities, and responding to essential customer enquiries.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Digital Marketing (e.g. Facebook Ads) and/or Design.
  • Experience in the Fashion/Apparel Industry.
  • Preferred interest in Music, Pop Culture and E-Commerce.
  • Highly Proficient in Shopify and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator preferred).
  • Experience with Digital Marketing analytics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and English writing ability.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Experience with customer service and communication.

  • High School Graduate.
  • Preferred Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Media, Commerce, or similar field.
