This Permanent Part-Time (0.40 FTE) appointment is available at South Regional TAFE.

South Regional TAFE delivers a wide range of nationally recognised programs throughout the Great Southern and South West regions of Western Australia. The college delivers courses on site, online and in the workplace, and operates 12 campuses from Bunbury to Esperance and from Albany to Narrogin.

About the role
This role develops and maintains a supportive relationship with Aboriginal TAFE students in Access and mainstream courses with a focus on assisting those students to develop self-reliance. The role provides one-on-one student mentoring to ensure successful completion of training programs.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in working effectively with Aboriginal people and communities, and be familiar with government programs in education, employment and training for Aboriginal people.

Other Conditions and Eligibility
