Role and Character Highlights

The Senior Finance Manager will provide strategic leadership focusing on establishing and controlling the financial systems and the administrative services of the Company. The role will provide regular and timely financial information to the Inoteq CEO and Executive Board Members. Ensuring compliance with all accounting, auditing, tax, employment and corporate governance requirements is required. Further key accountabilities include;

• Directing the establishment of financial/accounting principles, procedures and practices in line with legal and corporate requirements.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial analysis for accurate business forecasting and strategic planning.
• Advising on the financial implications of management decisions and establishing the financial soundness of proposed business development opportunities.
• Ensuring that the performance of the Company is protected through the establishment of effective financial controls, implementing and maintaining appropriate management accounting and reporting systems, budgetary controls and expenditure procedures.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years in financial management
• 5+ years in a similar role within the mining, engineering or civil industries
• Senior management experience in leading and developing financial outcomes
