Primary Responsibilities
In the role of HR Administrator, we'll count on you to assist the local and corporate HR Department with a variety of HR-related tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. Types of activities will include:
- Coordinate acitivies in relation to recruitment, onboarding, induction and termination.
- Support managers with the recrutiment process (interview guides, position descriptions etc).
- Manage the probationary review process.
- Coordinate and support activites across the performance review cycle.
- Support learning and development programs.
- Support in provision of interpretation and guidance to line managers on HR policies, programs and best practice.
- Assist with remuneration and benefit processes and analysis as required (eg salary audit).
- Use corporate systems to maintain employee records and process personnel actions.
- Create and maintain letter, policy, procedure templates.
- Issue letters and contracts of employment.
- Provide completed employee paperwork to corporate office.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, presentations, meetings, training sessions and conference calls.
- Assist in coordination of local benefits and wellness activities.
- Respond to employee queries and answer basic policy and procedure questions.
- Data reporting and analysis of trends, themes etc.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Qualification or Certification in Human Resources preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role requiring confidentiality with an understanding of the HR lifecycle
- Customer focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Diligent and highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive with a problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Tech savvy and proficient in the MS Office
