$28 - $35 an hour - Contract

HOBAN are a national provider of professional temporary recruitment services in Australia. We are currently looking to increase our pool of experienced Administration/Executive Assistants in Adelaide. We work with various State Government Departments to supply for both short and long term temporary assignments across the Adelaide CBD and nearby suburbs.

This is an expression of interest for suitable, reliable candidates that are looking for opportunities to work with some fantastic Government clients with excellent pay rates.

Assignments can vary in length from 1 - 2 weeks to several months depending on each department's individual needs.

Skills and Experience:

* Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administration or Project Officer
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with diary management and supporting executives/team
* Excellent communication - both written and verbal
* Ability to work autonomously or in a team
* Strong time management skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Desirable :-

* Previous Government experience
* Demonstrated experience with software systems such as Objective, TRIM, Basware, CRM, Chris21

Successful candidates will be required to currently hold of be able to obtain a DCSI Clearance or Police Clearance.
