The Position

In the role of Sales Associate your main responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting the local area and leveraging off current listings, cold calling and prospecting previous appraisals
• Attending open homes and auctions
• Coordinating advertising and marketing
• Prepare open for inspection packs
• Database management and data-entry
• Assisting the Sales Agents/Principals in the exchange to settlement process
• Preparing and attending appraisals
• Arranging inspections
• Building relationships with current clientele
• Liaising with solicitors, vendors, buyers, photographers etc.

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Associate will have:

• Previous experience in residential real estate sales (preferred) OR no experience required, just a positive attitude and drive to succeed
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Strong work ethic and top-notch negotiation skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Full of initiative, driven and highly motivated
• Immaculate personal presentation
• First-class communication skills in all aspects, who can liaise with all types of clientele
