Working as a Senior Recruitment Partner at Hays IT gives you to opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast pace marketplace and in Hays’s fastest growing business globally. Managing your own client portfolio, sourcing candidates in this highly specialised sector you’ll be consulting with decision makers from global organisations to achieve critical business outcomes.

As Recruitment Partner within the Projects team, your target audience will be Program Director level down within projects environments. Supporting a variety of organisations in either commerce or government sectors the opportunities within this team are exciting and long term. With over 50 years combined recruitment experience within our IT Projects team, this high performing team delivers excellence in service and results to their customers.

To be successful you'll already have recruitment experience in the IT, Banking, Finance or other professional services arena and demonstrate you are ambitious and driven to succeed. Your previous recruitment experience will be working in a client facing role, and you'll demonstrate strong commercial acumen and exceptional customer care. You will thrive under pressure, respond proactively and positively to targets and will be naturally inquisitive - wanting to understand more about people and businesses to ensure you find the right people for both to thrive.
