The Careers Engagement team consists of 18 highly engaged and motivated team members, located throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Our Primary goal is to connect, inspire and develop out future business leaders, through engagement in high schools, tertiary institutes and with employers.

Reporting to the General Manager, Strategic Engagement & Development, this role is responsible for the development and management of tactics and operational plans to ensure implementation of the Provisional Member Acquisition Strategy.

The Opportunity

  • Developing tactics and processes to ensure targeted prospecting activities and pipeline development to support the achievement of member acquisition targets at a country level;
  • Analysing performance across regions, segments and institutions to optimise member pipeline and focus resources
  • Building the commercial case for change and leading the design and implementation of solutions that improve productivity and quality of outputs across the team.
  • Reporting on the country’s Chartered Accountants Program pipeline activity plans and frameworks for forecasting and reporting purpose
  • Maintaining senior stakeholder alignment and key relationships, internally and externally
  • Developing operational strategies for development of new market channels in line with new pathways as introduced.
  • Drive high performance and growth by leading and supporting regional teams while improving cross-functional work processes;

Great To have

  • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver on performance targets and activity measures
  • 5+ years’ experience in campaign / project management with a focus on executing programs and implementing new processes
  • Leader with the ability to develop, lead and motivate geographically distributed teams
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interrogate data to focus team efforts
  • Sound understanding of the tertiary education sector and accountancy profession preferred
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and influencer with highly developed persuasion skills
  • Experienced in stakeholder and relationship management Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and post-graduate education preferred
  • Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Previous work experience in education or ITO
