As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the Meraki sales team by bridging the gap between Cisco and Meraki's sales platforms and be at the forefront of day-to-day problem solving for internal sales requests.

Curious about the why's and how's of the operational aspects of sales. A results-oriented, highly adaptable, quick learner who wants to continuously self-improve. We are seeking someone who wants a role where output has high impact and immediate results. Personable, and excited by the opportunity to work in a vibrant and inclusive workplace!

What you’ll do:

Route deals to appropriate owners to optimize sales operations

Match Meraki’s existing customer and reseller database to that of Cisco’s

Analyse and assign cases in accordance with sales rules

Conduct end-customer research

Review and verify applications from partners

Work multi-functionally with teams to respond to critical sales issues

Key requirements

Strong organization skills coupled with the ability to multitask

Capable of working in a high energy and deal volume environment

Comfortable working to deadlines

Meticulous attention to detail

Excellent teammate with good communication skills

Outstanding written and verbal skills, computer proficient

Preferred skills

CRM – Salesforce/ equivalent

Experience in Sales Support or data entry position

University degree
