We are looking for an energetic and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity
To manage the Football Centre, ensuring that all activities deliver a service in line with the Club’s objectives.

Enhance and develop all aspects of the management of the centre, including football, finance, health & safety, workforce, marketing and promotions, continually monitoring and evaluating its performance. This will include:
•Ensure the efficient operation of the Goals Football Centres.
•Financial management and control of the centre, setting budget and managing day-to-day finances/accounts.
•Recruit, deploy, train and develop both permanent and casual workforce.
•Develop and oversee the delivery of football courses for all age groups.
•Develop football programs for schools, colleges and universities.
•Develop educational links with schools, colleges and universities
•Promotion of the Goals Football Centres to include:
-All categories; ages and abilities
-Fun Football, Strength & Conditioning Training and Player Testing
-Coach the Coaches Education courses
•Accommodate the requirements of International, professional and elite development squads.
•Liaise closely with the FSA Department with regard to community and sales/marketing initiatives.
•Build positive partnerships, with responsibility for managing relationships with various services within the football centre.
•Maintain and develop good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
•Planning and scheduling 5 aside competitions 7 days per week at the Goals Football Centres.

•Experience of managing a sporting/leisure facility
•An understanding of technology; sales and marketing; client services and implement effectively.
•Working knowledge of health and safety practice.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Able to plan and organise the day to day functions of the centre.
•Financial management, setting budgets and managing financial accounts.
•Have a great understanding of football, and be able to liaise and work with other football clubs/organisations.
•Managing and directing a permanent and casual workforce.
