Better starts and ends with the customer

In this role, you will be handling incoming calls of Internal clients such as Dealer and account managers in relation to both pre and post-payment queries, in accordance with agreed SLAs and quality standards. You will also be liaising with internal departments regarding post-payment queries and manage control and control work levels proactively. You will ensure that all relevant information is input accurately and completely into SFDC and is updated each time an action is carried out relating to that client. You will be adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements while delivering high level customer service experience.

For this role, you should be a recent graduate with a passion for excellence in customer service and customer management. You will have excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to network and build internal and external relationships at all levels. You should be able to work in fast paced environment and be proactive to take on more responsibilities.
