The Opportunity:

As a Sales Manager at Fitness First Barangaroo, you will be instrumental in driving and initiating membership growth by leading a team of Membership Consultants to meet and exceed targets through referrals and outreach to generate new leads. 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a sales team of Membership Consultants to achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets

• Creatively source and attract new memberships to your club

• Model the right attitude and behaviours by leading by example in delivering outstanding customer service to potential and existing members

• Train, mentor, & motivate your team of Membership Consultants and conduct regular one on one training and development sessions to improves sales performance

• Compile, analyse and interpret sales reports to discuss your strategy for improved sales with your team and the State Operations Manager

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets and KPIs

• Experience in managing a successful sales team. Within the fitness industry is desirable

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and, mentor a team

• Natural confidence & willingness to help others by proactively engaging with people from all walks of life

• A passion for health & fitness
