What does the job look like?

The role will be responsible for managing and taking leadership of a team of employees with key tasks involving;

• Oversea the day to day operational function of Linfox Payroll ensuring weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner
• Manage and supervise the payroll team assigning relative duties/tasks. Monitor team performance developing the teams' skills and knowledge
• Ensure records and processes comply with Linfox policies and procedures and in addition comply with Australian Federal and State legislation with best industry practice and other related regulation
• Ensure payroll reconciliations/statutory packages are are prepared and submitted in line with Group Finance timetable
• Develop and promote payroll systems and software, with an emphasis on continuous improvement of current processes
• Identify process improvements

Are you the one?

We are seeking a passionate Delivery manager who enjoys people leadership and who thrives on being part of a successful team. Key responsibilities:

• A minimum of five years’ experience as a Payroll Manager with emphasis on strategic planning
• Track record of identification and delivery of process improvement
• Established experience working managing and leading a team
• The ability to interpret awards and EBA's
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
