Working in a fast-paced business, we are seeking a candidate that has demonstrated experience working as a full function Accounts Payable Clerk. The role provides financial and administrative services to ensure effective and accurate financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data entry of invoices
  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Vendor statement reconciliations
  • Payments to suppliers
  • Managing internal and supplier queries
  • General administration and client support
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Moderate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with a large ERP system is advantageous
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline will be highly regarded
  • National Police Clearance
