Are you a Receptionist with less than one year of experience now seeking a position that will aid your career development? This position will have responsibility for the following:

  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Manage the phone system and direct calls as required
  • Collect, process and scan the daily mail
  • Maintain the client database
  • Assist with some client enquiries
  • Liaise with building management
  • General administrative duties as required to assist the team

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and is a team-player
  • Ideally you will have less than one year experience as a receptionist
