Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a Project Manager to ensure that the design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out of onsite projects are executed in a safe, cost effective and timely manner. The Project manager will act as a project delivery interface to ensure compliance and client expectations are satisfied to an approved basis of design including applicable regulations and code requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to lead a team. Previous technical, practical and leadership experience in a relevant discipline together with proven experience delivering Brownfields projects is required. Project management experience in projects of US$5m - $15m total value is also an asset. This role will be required to make difficult decisions, lead and manage others in changing business conditions. The Project Manager is also responsible for negotiating successful outcomes that achieve the required objectives and have the support and acceptance of all parties.

In addition to the above, you will have:

  • 8+ years industry experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in project engineering / management with demonstrated experience leading project teams
  • Relevant experiences sufficient to ensure a thorough understanding of the technical, commercial, and managerial aspects of projects
  • Recognized degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent qualification
  • Eligibility for registration with affiliated professional association in the jurisdiction of practice is preferred
