  • Blended Inbound & Outbound calls
  • Identifying ways to assist our customers such as consolidating their debt and providing a tailored solution for their current and future needs
  • Guide customers through a loan application accurately and efficiently
  • Keep in contact with customers throughout their loan process for a seamless experience

We'll show you the ropes with a training and induction program via digital communication channels.
