Account Manager, Aged Care – Newcastle Territory

Seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our Aged Care sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed targets by generating sales from new and existing accounts in Aged Care, Hospital and Community services

  • Contact major end purchasers regularly to ensure maximum penetration of Kimberly-Clark’s products.

  • Promote, maintain and develop business within the territory

  • Establish and maintain accurate customer records through the use of approved computer-based business tools.

  • Provide feedback on market intelligence, products, customers and new business opportunities to assist tactical and strategic marketing plans which support business strategies.

  • Through the use of strategic negotiation and excellent customer service skills you will ensure Aged Care, Hospital, Community and non-clinical staff see you as their indispensable partner.

Skills & Experience:

  • Nursing or Healthcare background highly desirable

  • Proven sales experience working with Aged Care sector highly desirable or as an Account Manager in Medical / Healthcare Sales Field

  • In-depth knowledge of the Community market and the Aged Care industry

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management capability

  • Proven business to business sales and service background is desirable

  • Account management / Territory sales experience is desirable
