JOB DESCRIPTION
Utilise your strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams to manage the Compliance Frameworks, global policies and act as an effective interface for projects and initiatives which impact the Compliance function.
You will provide input in developing the Compliance strategy and managing delivery against the programme of work as well as co-ordinating feedback and input into global Risk Management Group’s initiatives. You will co-ordinate and drive Compliance-wide reporting including the development of metrics and dashboards, you will also manage Compliance governance committees and drive consistency in approach across the regions.
We would expect you to have previous compliance, risk or board reporting experience, proven stakeholder management and an inquisitive mind, coupled with a willingness to perpetually question and study key challenges, risks and trends.
