Enable world class employee experiences, products and services in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Division using market leading technology platforms alongside best practice risk management This is a great opportunity for you to join the Central Initiatives teams and leverage your strong workplace and coordination ground working closely with our business on delivering end user solutions as well as rolling out technology changes.

You will need to be passionate about providing the best solutions within an agile environment, with the aim of providing our businesses and engineers an excellent end user experience.

In this role your key responsibilities include:

  • manage multiple initiatives of varying scale in all sprints and phases through to delivery in Workplace, Devices and Infrastructure space
  • coordinate project tasks across multiple technology and business teams
  • serve as point of escalation from various stakeholders for operational and project issues
  • provide status reports of initiatives to senior stakeholders and management
  • partner with products owners across several scrum teams to develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, estimate efforts, lead continuous refinement and prioritise product backlogs in Workplace/Devices space.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • workplace tech such as desktop, virtual desktop, virtual application, cloud, SaaS, analytics
  • proven track record of being able to lead multiple initiatives in ether Infrastructure, Workplace and Devices spaces
  • present options to resolve issues and draw out decisions from leaders to align key initiatives to our strategies
  • open and collaborative style, excellent communication skills.

The following attributes are considered desirable:

  • experience of with delivery of initiatives within in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • facilitate human-centered design (HCD) sessions as key approach to problem solving
  • application development and integrations.
