The Centre

This stunning 100 place purpose built centre located near Campbelltown provides quality education and care for ages 0-6 years and is rated Exceeding in National Quality Standards. The centre has a spacious outdoor area and is very well resourced.

The Role

Your role will be as the Educational Leader and you will be responsible to:

• Inspire, motivate, guide and support the development of educators to progress
• Support educators to critically reflect on each child’s learning and development
• Develop the educators skills and abilities in completing high quality documentation
• Supporting the educators to assess the children’s learning and development
• Build a professional and positive relationships with the families, children and staff

About You

To be successful in this position you must have:

• An Early Childhood Teaching Degree OR ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• NESA Accreditation
• A current Working with Children’s Check
• Strong programming and documentation skills
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and the NQF
