Randstad CPE VIC has partnered exclusively with a Tier 1 Contractor on their search for experienced Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers and Superintendents to support a major infrastructure project.

Your new role

This newly created management role is based in Regional North Victoria with the opportunity for redeployment back to Metro Melbourne once the project is completed (approx 1-2 years). Reporting to the Zone Manager, you will join as a Project Manager where you will manage and support the production and successful delivery of concrete structures (noise walls, parapets, barriers, fascia panels, crossheads, capital and columns smoke ducts, road decks and bridge planks) for an iconic multi billion dollar infrastructure project.

Your skills

• Ideally you will have at least 8 years construction experience with knowledge of concrete structures
• Project management experience and proven capability in managing engineering teams and working on major projects ($30mil+)
• Have driven a high performing safety culture in project delivery
• Precast experience essential and exposure in concrete yards an advantage, pre-stress experience ideal
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, systems, teams and budgets
• Excellent communication skills

Your Offer

Other than being a part of a major infrastructure project, you will work with a global contractor and have the opportunity to work on other exciting projects after this and be remunerated at an above market rate. The package on offer starts at $235k with monthly bonuses and yearly bonuses. On top of that you will be provided with either a living away from home allowance starting at $200 per week or relocation assistance cost.
