About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a SharePoint and Workflow expert to join our Head Office team, located at Melrose Park, SA. This role will see you managing all aspects of the organisation’s SharePoint environment and workflow development. This role will be responsible for ongoing development of this area for the business and is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis. You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. About You

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate three to five years’ experience working with SharePoint On Premise and Online (including experience migrating to Microsoft 365)
  • Demonstrate experience with SharePoint, Nintex Workflows, Microsoft Power Platform and PowerShell;
  • Develop forms and workflows using Nintex and Microsoft Power Automate and other BPM tools to support effective business process automation;
  • Demonstrate your ability to perform typical system administrative activities such as user security, site creation, metadata and search management, and issue management and resolution;
  • Manage business projects and key initiatives through working and engaging key stakeholders, decision makers, customers and service providers;
  • Demonstrate high interpersonal skills and communicate effectively;
  • Prove your ability to write professional quality documents and have a high attention to detail; and
  • Hold minimum Certificate IV or above in Information Technology, relevant industry certifications, or equivalent experience working with SharePoint and workflow automation platforms (desirable)
