The role:
This Government Agency is implementing Salesforce and seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiate and facilitate requirements gathering activities
- Contribute to system development and enhancements on the department's customer relations management system by ensuring the legislative, end-user, business process and practice requirements are reflected in business case and business requirements for system changes
- Produce various levels of requirements documentation for various stakeholder audiences
- Facilitate user acceptance testing with the business units as needed
You will need:
- At least 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on Salesforce implementation projects
- Experience with process analysis and documentation tools (Visio) and standards
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
