JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer under contract across March in Townsville.
About you -
. Actionable knowledge and skill in maintenance duties, preferably in an aged care environment.
. Experience handling tools (licensed preferred but not essential)
. Positive personality with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
. Ability to work alone and within a team
. Knowledge of OH&S and responsible attitude
. Experience managing job allocations
Qualifications & Additional -
. Cert 3 level qualification (example Engineering or Parks and Gardening) or heavy experience in the industry
. Police Check
. QLD drivers license
