Your new role
In your new role as a Change Manager at Hays you will be responsible for the change delivery of a range of Business, IT and Operational Transformation Programs that will have impacts across the ANZ region and have ties to the overall Hays Global Change Methodology. You will lead the development and delivery of change and training plans, change advisory, stakeholder management and engagement.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Provide the Program(s) day-to-day support and management from a change management perspective
  • Ensure all change activities have end-to-end ownership, this will include the delivery of change work as outlined in change plans, ensuring the co-ordination and integration of activities across the program/project
  • Identify business impacts from the Program(s) assessment and assess organisational readiness for these changes and to develop the Change Plan accordingly
  • Ensure that all changes are embedded well within the business, contributing to the realisation of the Program(s) benefits and value
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure high levels of employee engagement throughout the change

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Experience managing stakeholders and engaging stakeholders and a Senior Management level
  • Experience working in a similar Change Management role delivering end to end change
  • Demonstrated experience as a Change Delivery Professional
  • Optimisation, business improvement and business planning activities and acumen
  • Strong analytical, process and critical thinking skills
  • Experience/knowledge of recruitment would be advantageous
